Aspect Linked
Aspect Linked is a new utility designed to distribute updates, increase functionality, and increase support for Aspect Software. Additionally, Aspect Linked is an utility that will enable development to rapidly distribute new products and solutions, both integrated to Aspect Software as well as new stand alone solutions.
Aspect Linked is now available and enables you do to the following:
- Upgrade your current version of Aspect
- Open support cases
- Create interactive support tickets
- Run Diagnositics on your system
- Send files to Aspect
- And so much more!
- The link will take you to an automatic download.
- If the download doesn't start automatically and asks you to "save" or "open" the file, then Java is NOT installed and you will need to obtain it.
Java Web Start should begin and you will see a window that says "Downloading application
Once done downloading, you may get a prompt that says "The application's digital signature cannot be verified..." Simply check the box that says "Always trust content from this publisher" and choose "Run"
You will get a splash screen that says "Aspect Linked" while it loads. You may also see the icon appear in the system tray next to the time. Note, it may take between 2 and 5 minutes to load
Once loaded you will get the Aspect Linked main page on the screen as well as a desktop shortcut to "Aspect Linked"
Aspect Linked was designed using the following base principles of Java:
- It should be "simple, object oriented, and familiar"

- It should be "architecture neutral and portable"
- It should execute with "high performance"
- It should be "interpreted, threaded, and dynamic"
